I believe in three facts about the world around us: the Earth is round, water is wet and Josh Smith shoots way too many jump shots.

The Pistons took on the Denver Nuggets and Josh Smith went 9-22 from the field and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope shot 3-19. Those two flat-out shot the Pistons out of the game.

Denver Nuggest power forward Kenneth Faried expressed the same notion after the game via the Nuggets team site.

He said: “Josh Smith, we let him keep shooting. And he ended up with 25, but he still kept shooting. He shot them out of the game.”

Faried unleashed these comments after the game. If this continues it could be a rough season for the Pistons.
