DETROIT (CBS Detroit) – The newest playground for adults in downtown Detroit has set an opening date.

Punch Bowl Social, which offers locally sourced food and drink in a modern, mountain lodge-like setting with games including bowling, darts, marbles, ping-pong and vintage arcade games, will be opening Dec. 10.

The 24,000-square-foot  “eatertainment” concept will be located on the ground floor of “The Z” parking structure on Broadway.

Here is a sample menu of what diners may find when Punch Bowl Social opens.

The second week of December will be a big week for openings in Detroit.

Hopcat Detroit, which will feature 130-beer taps and will occupy an 11,000-square-foot building on Woodward, is scheduled to open Dec. 13. According to Hopcat’s Facebook page, the bar and restaurant is still hiring.
