We are only eight days into 2015 and we already may have on hand the best mugshot you will see the entire year.

Brian McGuire from Niagra Falls, New York was arrested for drunk driving over this past weekend.

McGuire, 26, was cited Sunday for failure to keep the right of way.

McGuire also failed the field sobriety test.

One thing McGuire didn't fail was the way he posed for his mugshot.
