Man Has The Most Impressive Elliptical Dance Of All-Time [VIDEO]

I'm really going to try my best not to poke too much fun at this guy while he does his workout.

A video has surfaced on YouTube with what might be the most impressive workout you may ever see.

In the video, a guy appears to be doing a normal workout on the elliptical machine.

And that's when the magic happens. He suddenly starts dancing on the machine.

He starts by doing some waving type motion ... dancing along with his music. He then starts running backwards on the machine, which I didn't even know was possible.

Since some of you have made your New Year's resolution to lose weight, this might be a great way to start off the year right.
