Jay Harbaugh, son of Michigan head coach Jim, has been hired by the university to serve as tight ends' coach.

Both Harbaughs have been hot on the recruiting trail.

Jay Harbaugh went so far as to hand write a letter to tight end recruit Chris Clark.

Clark posted the letter on his Twitter account.

There are some interesting quotes in this letter, which he labeled: "8 reasons you should come here."

Below are the 8 reasons, paraphrased.

1. He makes sure Clark knows Michigan will use three tight ends this season.

2. He tells Clark he can wear the number 8 at Michigan.

3. He mentions how many people can fit in The Big House.

4. He says Michigan will have a good QB.

5. Michigan is the best public school in America, he adds.

6. Michigan has the most wins ever.

7. Michigan has the biggest Adidas contract in the country. (It's too bad he spelled it ADDIDAS.)

8. He finished it up promising the school will win and they will win together.

Clark is the No. 1 tight end in America, according to Rivals.com.

Jim Harbaugh has met with Clark in person.
