Bedrock Real Estate Announces New Detroit Tenants

DETROIT (CBS Detroit) - Six new tenants ranging from accounting to construction contracting services have moved into Bedrock Real Estate Services buildings in Detroit's Central Business District.

The new tenants, who are presently operating in their new locations, are moving into buildings on Woodward Avenue and Broadway in downtown Detroit.

"Companies of all sizes representing many different sectors clearly see the advantages and great benefits of locating in Detroit's dynamic urban core," said Dan Mullen, Vice President of Leasing and Development with Bedrock Real Estate Services, in a release. "Downtown Detroit has become a collaborative environment, with an energy and entrepreneurial spirit that cannot be found anywhere else."

According to Bedrock, the new tenants include:

  • Dixon Masonry, First National Building, 660 Woodward. The union construction contractor with more than 90 team members provides the community with commercial masonry and restoration services since 1999.
  • Colburn & Colburn, First National Building, 660 Woodward. An insurance and risk management provider offering expertise and a wide variety of products and services from personal insurance to life insurance, disability and long-term care.
  • Ultimate Parking Management, 1001 Woodward. A company that manages some of the city's largest and most centrally located parking garages including the Compuware Garage and The Z. More than 60 team members service more than 13,000 parking spaces in Detroit's Central Business District.
  • Siegfried Group, One Woodward. Siegfried Group helps clients strategically extend and enhance their internal workforce by providing accounting resource services.
  • JFM Consulting Group, 1301 Broadway. JFM Consulting Group is a consulting company working in partnership with the nonprofit, philanthropic and public sectors to create positive and sustainable community change.
  • Great Lakes Architectural Products Group, 1301 Broadway. A regional manufacturers' representative and consulting firm focused on architectural products and building elements. Product portfolio includes architectural walls, raised floors, LED lighting and custom millwork.

"I have never seen the city so vibrant and positive about its future," said Pete Brewis, President of Ultimate Parking Management, in a release.
