3 Men Arrested In Connection With Westland Murder Of Joseph McClendon

WESTLAND (WWJ) - Westland Police have arrested three men after the murder of 21-year old Joseph McClendon.

McClendon was found dead in a car two weeks ago at Henry Ruff and Annapolis roads.

Mystery Surrounds Circumstances Of Man Found Dead In Car In Westland 

Detectives say McClendon agreed to meet Arlandus Nolen II and Daveion Dix to buy a handgun.  That's when McClendon was shot.

Detectives recovered multiple 9 mm and 40 caliber spent casings at the scene.

Nolen's father was arrested on accessory charges.

All three suspects are due back in court next week.
