CBS DETROIT - After an off day Monday, the Detroit Tigers got back to work Tuesday, but they evidently found time for a little fun before their game against the Chicago White Sox.

In honor of Cinco de Mayo, the players donned sombreros and showed off orange and purple maracas. While some of the players are obscured by others, among those in the picture - posted by closer Joakim Soria - appear to be second baseman Ian Kinsler, third baseman Nick Castellanos, outfielder J.D. Martinez, relievers Al Alburquerque, Tom Gorzelanny and Joba Chamberlain, and starters Shane Greene, Kyle Lobstein and David Price.

We're guessing the camera simply caught Kinsler between smiles.

The Tigers are coming off a four-game series in Kansas City. They lost the first two against the Royals but won the last two. Detroit is currently atop the American League Central Division with a record of 17-9. The Royals are a half-game back.
