8 Boys Suspected In Series Of Break-ins At Michigan School

SIDNEY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say eight boys are suspected in a series of Montcalm County school break-ins.

The sheriff's department says the boys ages 7 to 13 were involved in break-ins at Central Montcalm Upper Elementary School and Central Montcalm Middle School.

Authorities say they stole two large teddy bears from the elementary school and rode bikes inside. They also got into a storage shed.

The break-ins happened between May 29 and June 7.

Investigators identified the boys with help from the public and the case is being reviewed for possible charges.
