Bush bought the 8,000-square-foot house for $1.8 million in 2013 and will list it for $2.49 million this week, per the News. The house was built in 1998 and updated in 2012. Pictures show the home – which comes with furniture, including a grand piano – as contemporary, with windows across the back of the house that look out to a pool.
