The RealcompMLS app, also known as “GoMLS” in some markets, is compatible with Apple or Android smartphones and tablets and provides Realist data, real time on-market listings, searches, maps, directions and a “Near Me” search function

The app also has features which allow realtors to share their listings by text, email, and social media, view ‘Favorite’ listings from each client and collaborate ‘real-time’ via HomeAssist.
Users can also access and view photos and listing details and the ability to set appointments and viewings with other agents.
