SOUTHFIELD (CBS Detroit) – Major League Baseball released updated tallies in the vote for the final spot on the All-Star Game roster, and Detroit Tiger Yoenis Cespedes needs votes.

Cespedes is currently sitting in third place in the American League voting according to the league:

1. Mike Moustakas
2. Brian Dozier
3. Yoenis Cespedes
4. Brett Gardner
5. Xander Bogaerts

Host city Cincinnati is rallying behind their nominee, Johnny Cueto, for the final spot on the National League roster:

3. Troy Tulowitzki
4. Clayton Kershaw

Voting runs until 4 p.m. ET on Friday. Fans can vote exclusively online to choose the final players to be added to the All-Star rosters.

Outfielder J.D. Martinez, starting pitcher David Price, and shortstop Jose Iglesias have been selected to will represent the Tigers at the game on July 14.

Miguel Cabrera was voted in by fans to start the game, but will sit out after injuring his left calf.
