Police: Burglar Taken Into Custody On Liquor Store Roof
WARREN (WWJ) - A suspected burglar had nowhere to hide when he was cornered by police on the roof of a liquor store in Warren.
Police say they responded to the store on 8 Mile Road, just east of Groesbeck Highway, early Tuesday morning after receiving a report about a possible burglary.
When officers arrived on the scene, they caught up with the suspect on the store's roof. He was taken into custody without further incident.
It wasn't immediately clear if the suspect made entry to the building. His name was not immediately released.
