Participants will clang cowbells to the song “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper,” a 1970s hit by Blue Oyster Cult that was featured in the Saturday Night Live sketch. Guinness says the current cowbell ensemble mark is 640 participants from a 2009 event in Switzerland.
