The Twins and Rangers combined for just 5 runs last night when I needed them to go over the 8.5 total, thus my second loss in a row.

Tonight in Connecticut, the Sun are 3 1/2 point favorites against the Tulsa Shock. These are not the same Shock that you remember in Detroit under Bill Laimbeer. They have lost nine in a row and are 1-7 in their last 8 games against the spread. Connecticut is not exactly world beaters at 3-5 vs the spread in their last 8, but I like them to cover at home and win the PLAY OF THE DAY
