It was close, but the Lions and Redskins combined for just 38 points last night which was great for me. I had the under 40 as my PLAY OF THE DAY and thankfully Kellen Moore cooperated to give me the win.

Today I have decided to stay in the same area and take my chances on the Washington baseball team. The Nationals are coming home off an awful 3-7 road trip. Gio Gonzalez opposes Milwaukee's Jimmy Nelson. Gonzalez has not been good recently with a 4.59 ERA in his last three starts,while Nelson has a WHIP under 1 in his last three outings. Nevertheless I feel the Nats are primed to get their act together against the Brewers and that's why the Nationals -155 is my PLAY OF THE DAY.
