Jim Harbaugh’s debut this week has been the talk of the college football landscape. And at this rate, it will be the talk of Salt Lake City’s ATMs as well.

According to the Salt Lake Tribune, the average resale price of tickets for Thursday’s Michigan-Utah game is $382.15. Numbers were compiled by the website TiqIQ, which specializes in secondhand ticket sales. By comparison, the average resale price for the U.S. Open finals last year was $572.37. The Seahawks topped last year’s NFL rankings of most expensive average resale prices, at $397 per home game.

The $382.15 figure for Thursday’s Michigan game is also higher than the top average resale price for home games in the NBA (the Warriors at $327) and the MLB (the Yankees at $108).

Michigan takes on Utah Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. in one of the first college football games of the season. Neither team is ranked, but the Wolverines are riding a wave of Harbaugh fever, and Utah received 36 votes in the Associated Press Top 25 poll.
