Dislike Button Coming To Facebook -- Finally

Have you ever been scrolling through your Facebook timeline and stumbled upon a status that you neither like or want to comment on? But you don't want to just ignore it either.

Even though everyone's world on Facebook is usually perfection, things slip through about having a bad day at work, the sickness of a pet, death of a loved one, a break-up -- and it just seems wrong to "like" any of the above.

There have been plenty of times I wished there was a dislike button. Tuesday afternoon, you and I very well may have our wish.

During a Q & A with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, he confirmed the dislike button will be coming your way.

According to Business Insider:

"I think people have asked about the dislike button for many years. Today is a special day because today is the day I can say we're working on it and shipping it," Zuckerberg said during a Q&A at Facebook's headquarters.

Zuckerberg also went on to say, "What they really want is the ability to express empathy," he said. "Not every moment is a good moment."

So now when you are sick and tired of being sick and tired of people's pointless posts, you can now hit dislike.
