DETROIT (WWJ) – Detroit police are searching for a suspect in connection with a shooting that took place on Sunday, October 11.

Police say two people, a 24-year -old man and a 21-year-old woman were sitting in a car around 9 p.m. on Greenfield when a man approached the car on foot and fired into the car, striking both victims multiple times.

The suspect then fled on foot toward W. Outer Drive.

Police are also seeking assistance in locating and identifying the driver of a silver or white Ford Fusion or Ford Focus, also wanted in connection with this shooting.
