FLINT (WWJ) Flint Police are asking for help in investigating the death of a motorist whose vehicle was found disabled Thursday night along northbound I-75 in Grand Blanc Township.

WWJ’s Sandra McNeill reported the 27-year-old victim, a Davisburg resident, had walked to a nearby gas station and got a ride back to his car.

He was later found dead in grass next to the car and near the gas cans he had brought back from the station. There were no obvious signs of trauma.

“They’re asking that the person who gave him a ride back to his car in a white sedan come forward for questioning,” McNeill reported.

The man’s family has been notified about what happened, but police are not yet releasing his  name.
