Possession Of Child Porn, Distribution Charges Laid Against White Lake Couple

DETROIT (WWJ) -  A Michigan couple appeared in federal court Wednesday on multiple charges of production, distribution, receipt and possession of child pornography.

According to a criminal complaint filed Tuesday Colin Matthew Boyle, 29, and Anngela Boyle, 25, routinely sent sexually exploitative images of children to one another via phone, computer and included videos depicting child porn as well.

On November 9, the FBI conducted a search at the home of Colin Boyle's parents, and the home where Colin and Anngela Boyle currently live and found numerous videos and photo files containing images of infants and young children being sexually molested. [CRIMINAL COMPLAINT]

Police say Anngela Boyle admitted sending her husband, a convicted sex offender, child pornography,  saying "child pornography is the only thing that sexually excites Colin Boyle," the complaint also stated that transmission of child pornography between the couple was for the purpose of her husband's sexual gratification.

The criminal complaint describes in graphic detail some of the material found on computers used by the Boyle's.  The couple admitted to "engaging MV-1 (a one-year-old girl), as well as another child, a three-year-old boy (MV-2), in sexually explicit activity, on at least four occasions. She (Anngela) indicated that Colin Boyle would have his phone out during these encounters, though she was not sure if he video recorded them."

Both suspects face a detention hearing in federal court on the charges Friday.
