11-Year-Old Detroit Girl Reported Missing

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are searching for an 11-year-old girl who has been missing since Monday afternoon.

Jah'mia Stone was last seen by her mother, Krystal Stone, at around 4 p.m. inside their home in the 20100-block of Russell in Detroit.

Police say Jah'mia — who is "habitual runaway" — is in good physical and mental condition.

She's described as a black female, around 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 150 lbs. with brown hair, brown eyes and a medium brown complexion. She was last seen wearing a dark jacket with a green stripe on the sleeve and tan pants.

Anyone who may have seen Jah'mia or who knows where she is is asked to call the Detroit Police 11th Precinct Detective Unit at 313-596-1140.
