When I first heard Justin Verlander’s house in Lakeland, Fla., was on the market, I thought “wait, let me grab my wallet.” No, really, I assumed the price tag would have too many zeroes to count.

In fact, it’s not true. According to the house’s selling price is $389,000. That’s basically pocket change for the guy who earns $162 million over six years.

But then again, this is the guy who complained about the price of Uber rides.

The 2,600 square foot house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Think about it, a middle class person doing pretty well could own Verlander’s spring training house.

According to the realtor’s site:

This Wyndham floor plan features vaulted ceilings, full upgrades and additional updates, throughout. Oversize 2 Car garage with ample room for golf cart. Split bedroom plan with Master Suite down. Large lanai with fenced, landscaped backyard escape. HOA includes mowing, trimming, chemical weeding, paint rotation, pressure washing, 24-hour manned security gate, common grounds, fountains, and management fees.

The house is actually really nice and could be the perfect vacation house. Maybe I can get someone to jump on board with me and buy this house?
