Burglars On The Run After Shooting Man During Home Invasion In Ann Arbor
ANN ARBOR (WWJ) - Ann Arbor police are on the lookout for multiple suspects who broke into a home and shot a resident.
The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. Thursday at a home in the 1400 block of Jorn Court, in a neighborhood along Packard Street just south of East Stadium Boulevard.
Police say at least two suspects, possibly more, broke into the home and at some point during the crime, they opened fire on the homeowner.
The suspects were nowhere to be found by the time police arrived in the area.
The homeowner was taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening wound.
Police are now trying to find the suspects, although descriptions were not immediately available.
An investigation is ongoing.
