Christmas Eve Bowling Alley Robber Can't Find Cash, Makes Off With TV, Mini-Fridge [VIDEO]

WATERFORD (WWJ) - Police in Waterford are hoping the public can help identify a man responsible for a break-in at a bowling alley on Christmas Eve.

The crime was discovered around 12:30 p.m. on Christmas Day at the Airway Lanes Bowling Alley on Highland Road, just east of Crescent Lake Road. Employees told police the suspect had gained entry to the building through a broken window at approximately 7:30 p.m. the night before.

Surveillance video from inside the bowling alley shows the suspect attempted to break into several cash registers located throughout the business, damaging all of them in addition to several other machines.

Police say the suspect wasn't able to locate any money and was seen leaving the business with a Red Bull novelty dorm-size refrigerator and a flat screen television that was brand new in the box.
