Detroit Bounty Hunter Kyle Jason Lands Spot On Survivor: Kaoh Rong

People have underestimated him based on his looks and background, but Kyle Jason expects to use that to his advantage on the upcoming season of "Survivor".

Jason owns a bounty hunting and bail bonds service based in Roseville and served six years in the Army including the invasion of Iraq. After getting out of the military he took a position with security consulting firm Blackwater protecting high-profile clients.

In his bio video for the show Jason explains why he was chosen for "Survivor", "I've just lived an interesting life."

"Pretty much everything I've ever done career wise is things that people wouldn't fathom or wouldn't do," he added.

According to his bio he listed his 3 things he'd want on a deserted island as hair ties, energy drinks and a mini DVD player.
