DETROIT (WWJ) – Cass Technical High School in Detroit was lockdown at noon on Tuesday due to a reported police situation nearby.
Detroit Public Schools spokeswoman Michelle Zdrodowski said there was a shooting in the area, and Cass Tech — in the 2500 block of 2nd Ave., near Grand River Ave. — was put on lockdown as a precaution.
