1 Green pepper
1 Sweet onion
1 Lb ground beef
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 14.5oz cans chili-ready diced tomatoes
2 15.5oz cans hot chili beans
1 15oz can of black beans drained
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Bay leaf

Sweat onions and green peppers. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans, chili powder and bay leaf. Reduce heat and simmer 4-5 hours. Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and crushed tortillas.
