The situation unfolded Wednesday morning when Taylor arrived at the Vehicle Engineering Center and asked for 52-year-old Stephanie Kerr.

The walked outside the lobby where they got into an argument, according to Warren Mayor Jim Fouts. That’s when Taylor allegedly pulled out a steak knife and stabbed Kerr several times in the neck, abdomen and back.
