Man Wanted In Downtown Mt. Clemens Bank Robbery [PHOTOS]

MT. CLEMENS (WWJ) - Macomb County Sheriff's deputies are looking for robber who got away with a bag of cash on Wednesday.

Investigators say a man walked into the Talmer Bank branch, on Main Street in downtown Mt. Clemens, just before 1 p.m. He passed a note to the teller demanding money, and the teller complied.

The robber implied he had a gun, but no weapon was seen, officials said. No one was hurt.

The suspect is described as a black male, 40-50 years old, approximately 6 feet, 2 inches to 6 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing around 200 to 225 lbs. He's bald with a gray goatee, and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt or jacket with red trim, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

A cash reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for the tip leading to an arrest in this case.
