DEARBORN HEIGHTS (WWJ) - Serious charges are in the cards for three people accused of robbing people at a charity poker game.

The hold-up took place early Friday at the Charity Poker Room on Telegraph Road near Van Born as players were ordered to the floor as the thieves took money from them and the organization reports WWJ's Ron Dewey.

Investigators made quick work bringing in two suspects the following morning with a third man arrested on Sunday in Dearborn Heights, suspected of being involved in the crime after the fact.

Charges are expected in the next 24-48 hours as detectives work to unearth more information about the robbery.
