HOWELL (WWJ) — Michigan State Police apprehended three suspects after a high-speed chase along I-96 on Friday afternoon.
The chase started in Ingham County and ended when the driver lost control of the stolen vehicle on an exit ramp at M-59 in Howell. Police say the chase topped out at speeds of over 100 miles per hour.
