Lions Sign Second-Round Pick DT A'Shawn Robinson
Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed 2016 second-round (46th overall) draft pick DT A'Shawn Robinson. Contract terms were not disclosed.
Detroit now has all ten of their 2016 draft picks signed.
As a junior from Fort Worth, Texas, Robinson was named consensus a All-American in 2015. He racked up 46 total tackles last season to go along with three and a half sacks.
Robinson and the rest of the Crimson Tide defensive line helped lead Alabama to a National Championship last season.
