DETROIT (WWJ) – Detroit police are looking for help from the public to bring a missing 14-year-old girl home safe.

Daphne Gomez-Rodriguez was last seen by her mother at their home in the 3400 block of Hammond in Detroit on Friday, April 29.

Police say social media updates indicate that Daphne is refusing to return home;

Daphne is described as a Hispanic female, 5 feet, 1 inch tall and around 120 lbs. with long brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what Daphne may be wearing.
