Miguel Cabrera Hat Design Unveiled Before Big Launch [PHOTO]

FERNDALE (CBS Detroit) After joking to 97.1 The Ticket that he can't get a shoe deal, Tigers' slugger Miguel Cabrera is apparently taking matters into his own hands. Miggy is launching a new hat design.
The hat will be unveiled at an event in Ferndale hosted by Second Story Interiors, but the staff there was kind enough to share a preview with us.
"It's not even released to the public yet, but we are releasing it to the public," said scheduling manager Lauren Schmidt.
Cabrera designed the logo himself. The top is meant to represent the Triple Crown and the bottom is an "M" for his name.
The hat will be offered in 23 combinations of colors and styles.
The launch happens at Second Story in Ferndale, which specializes in decorating interiors with sports memorabilia.
The night will include an appearance by Miggy, who will sign autographs at the event. A $200 ticket buys you the autographed hat, a viewing of Miggy and food from Bad Ass Beer, Garden Fresh salsa, Tito's vodka, and The Melting Pot.
"It'll be so much fun," Schmidt said.
