Man Accused Of Bribing Girl At Walmart To Remove Pants Held On $100,000 Bond

FOWLERVILLE (WWJ) - A 25-year-old Lincoln Park man has been arraigned on accusations he offered to pay a young girl to take her pants down at a local Walmart store.

Dandre Richard-Stephen Fuller appeared in 53rd District Court in Howell Friday where he was charged with one count of accosting a child for immoral purposes. He was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond, according to The Livingston Daily.

Police confirmed the incident happened to an 11-year-old girl between 4:30 and 5 p.m. Thursday at the Walmart at 970 Gehringer Drive in Fowlerville.

Fuller allegedly first spotted the girl while she was looking at toys and offered to buy her one. He later coerced her into a family bathroom and tried to ply her with $20 in exchange for her removing her pants, according to police.

The girl got scared and ran to her parents, who immediately reported the incident to police. Fuller was taken into custody shortly thereafter.

No contact was made between Fuller and the girl, according to police.

Fuller is due back in court for a pre-trial conference on May 24 and a probable cause hearing on June 6. If convicted as charged, he faces up to four years in prison.
