$2,000 Reward Offered For Carjacking Fugitive Nicknamed 'Two Head'

DETROIT (WWJ) - The FBI is hoping a $2,000 reward will spark tips from public in locating a fugitive responsible for a carjacking and shooting on Detroit's east side

Angelo Allen, also known as "Two Head,"  is wanted in connection with a carjacking and shooting that occurred on Monday, May 16 on Goulburn Avenue.

Allen's brother, Carlos Allen, was arrested in Columbus, Ohio on Thursday in connection with the same incident.

Angelo Allen should be considered armed and dangerous. Investigators say he may be in the Columbus, OH area. He's described as a 34-year-old black male, approximately 6'2" tall and 273 lbs, with braids or longer un-braided hair.

HEAT (Help Eliminate Auto Theft) is offering $2,000 for Angelo Allen's apprehension on this carjacking.
