After looking at the most recent photo that Calvin Johnson posted on his Instagram account, his retirement will make more sense.

Calvin definitely topped Tillman with his photo though. He included photos from the actual surgery and you can see inside of his finger.

When Johnson played for the Lions, it was few and far between when he would send out any sort of photo at all. It’s great to see he is enjoying his retirement.
