In nine games for the Redskins last season, Roberts caught 11 passes for 135 yards. The six-year veteran, who began his career with the Cardinals, has 13 touchdowns in 87 games.

On top of signing Roberts, the Lions will also bring in three-time Pro Bowler Anquan Boldin for a visit on Monday.

Boldin spent his last three seasons with the 49ers, racking up 16 touchdowns and twice topping 1,000 receiving yards (2013, 2014.) This news was first reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
