WESTLAND (WWJ) – Police are trying to identify a suspect wanted for stealing cigarettes at a suburban Detroit gas station.

Suspect and Vehicle (3)The grabby thief reached over the counter at the Speedway Gas Station on S. Wayne Road to nab two cartons of smokes out of the employees hands as he feigned an attempt to pay — before grabbing the cigs – which tally about $130.

After the grab, the suspect ran to an unknown type of black SUV type vehicle with a white female inside.
