23-time gold medal winner Michael Phelps arrived in Arizona Wednesday morning to a small crowd of journalists and cameras, but he wasn’t feeling talkative. The 16-hour flight from Rio to Phoenix’s airport would put most in a mood so can you really blame him?
3TV’s Marc Liverman shot a few questions at the prolific swimmer, but was chided for his efforts.
