Car Of Missing Woman Found In Parking Lot A Week After Report Of Her Disappearance

FARMINGTON HILLS (WWJ) - Police have recovered the car belonging to a woman missing for a week.

Police in Farmington Hills say they are actively searching for 23-year-old Elizabeth Hock who was last seen on Tuesday, Sept. 6.

Her sister Emilie Hock says she spent that entire day with her that Tuesday:

"Twenty minutes after the time it would have taken her to get home - and I spoke with her and she said she was home and she said she was okay, and that was the last anyone has seen or spoken to her," said Emilie.

She says her sister was a no-show at work on Friday.

Hock was driving a 1999 Gold Ford Crown Victoria, which police found Tuesday, in the parking lot of the PetSmart in the Commerce Crossing Shopping Center, at 14 Mile and Haggerty Road in Commerce Township.

Hock is 5 feet, 9 inches, weighs 140 pounds, and has brown shoulder length hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white tank top, pink shorts, and black sandals.
