Suspected Prostitute Busted After Demanding $50 And Nachos From Undercover Cop

BEAVER TWP (CBS Detroit) Police in this rural village near Youngstown, Ohio, busted a suspected prostitute and her male companion during a sting after she advertised sexual services on backpage.com.

An undercover officer responded and arranged a rendezvous. The prostitute demanded that he bring $50 and some nachos.

"The ad didn't say she wanted nachos, but it came up in their negotiations," Beaver Twp. Officer James L. Cardelein said. "I don't know how it came up, just somehow or another it worked its way into the conversation."

Sadly, when the cop showed up to bust her, he didn't bring any nachos.

"He was telling me when they did meet, naturally they have to banter and she asked three or four times where her nachos were," Cardelein said.

The woman,  Crystal Hotlosz, 36, was arrested and charged with solicitation and possession of criminal tools. She had a driver with her, identified as Mark Robbins, who was charged with promoting prostitution.

At some point in the negotiation, Hotlosz allegedly drove up the price to $60 and said he would have to bring a vehicle for their exchange since she was having a ride bring her to their appointed location.

Police said Hotlosz walked up to the officer's car and asked if he was her "date." They talked about nachos, and she was arrested. She and her companion were lodged in Mahoning County Jail.
