Husband Dies From Injuries Days After Allegedly Killing Wife
BEVERLY HILLS (WWJ) - Authorities say a man who allegedly killed his wife before turning the gun on himself has died days after the shooting.
Police confirmed to WWJ Tuesday morning that the man, who hasn't been identified, succumbed to injuries he received Sunday at a home on Riverside, near 13 Mile and Evergreen roads in Beverly Hills.
The man had been hospitalized in critical condition, with a single gunshot wound to his head. His wife, described as "in her 50s" was declared dead at the scene.
A motive for the shooting has not yet been released. It is being investigated as a murder-suicide.
The shooting took place in a home where the woman was taking care of another man. That man was not injured.
