WATCH: Live Stream The Lions-Vikings Thanksgiving Day Game

By Jeremiah Delgado

The NFC North rejoices as the Green Bay Packers are not in the picture for the division crown this year and as a result it's the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings that are set to battle for sole possession of first place in the division on Thanksgiving Day.

Lions fans were definitely happy with the result of this Week 9 matchup when Matt Stafford led another one of his fourth quarter comebacks to tie the game and eventually win it in overtime.

The Lions are one of the surprise teams in the NFL and have definitely taken advantage of Stafford's stellar play. But, their secondary needs to be better if they really want to hold onto this division.

A lot of analysts will pick them to win this game and rightfully so. They are 2.5-point favorites in front of their home crowd on Thanksgiving Day.

One area they'll have to improve in is how quickly they start games off. The offense has been slow to start and they need to improve there to avoid coming back every fourth quarter to win games.

Eventually, an offense is going to score too many points for them to catch up to, though that probably won't be the case against the Vikings. This game will definitely be low-scoring similar to the last time these two teams played.

There are many ways this game can be watched. The most obvious way to watch is live on CBS, but the other way is by streaming the game online.

This game will streamed on several apps and devices including Apple TV, Roku, Xbox One, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV and Chromecast. Don't forget to also watch on CBSSports.com.
