DETROIT (AP) — More than two dozen classic and custom Ford vehicles are expected to roll into downtown Detroit as a kickoff to the annual Woodward Dream Cruise.

A police escort will accompany the drivers into downtown and north along Woodward Avenue to Oakland County where the Dream Cruise begins Saturday. The Dream Cruise draws tens of thousands of classic and vintage cars, and hundreds of thousands of car enthusiasts.
