Increase In Bankruptcy Filings Last Month, Many Seek Financial Protection

(CBS DETROIT) - Americans facing financial hardship are turning to bankruptcy protections.

Attorneys say they see more clients thinking about filing for bankruptcy.

According to the American Bankruptcy Institute filings jumped 18 percent last month.
