Coronavirus In Michigan: Mayor Duggan Announces Death Of City Employee

(CBS DETROIT) - Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan announced the death of another city employee.

Duggan says though deaths are going down overall, he supports Governor Gretchen Whitmer's six phase plan 100 percent.

Before moving from phase three to phase four, Duggan says safety protocols must be in place

25,000 people have been tested at the fairgrounds and at least 20 percent have tested positive.
