TCF Bank Announces $1B Loan Commitment Supporting Minority, Women Owned Business 

DETROIT, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - TCF Bank announced a $1 billion loan commitment supporting minority and women owned businesses.

Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan says this will help the city's long history.

The loans will focus on Detroit and other midwestern cities.
