(CBS DETROIT) – DTE Energy announced a $13 million fund to help Michigan residents during the pandemic.

The energy company says the funds will go to human service agencies to help families pay down past-due bills and get on a payment plan.

DTE says the company is also directly helping low-income families and those who lost their jobs due to Covid-19.
